This newly remodeled villa is located in the exclusive Glenbrook Community. Four full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, private SOUTH facing pool, games room and cable TV's in all the bedrooms.

Located just 8 miles from Disney World, this is truly the vacation resort of the future with a resort style clubhouse and recreation center, complete with tennis and volleyball courts, exercise facilities, a large communal pool.

There is a Walmart super center just 2 miles away with several restaurants and popular shops minutes away plus The Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards is a short 19 mile drive and sits on a 127-acre estate in Clermont countryside

Check-in is anytime after 4pm on the date of arrival. You will have access to your own personal keyless access code however the code will only be effective 15 minutes prior to the check-in time of 4pm. The check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure. PLEASE NOTE: if you need to secure a late-checkout, it must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs,1 laundry tab, hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom before you arrive. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned along with, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, extra trash bags, salt/pepper etc. are the guests responsibility.

The wonderful Open kitchen has everything you need being fully equipped which makes is much more than a place to prepare meals. It is an inviting gathering space for you and your family to enjoy every meal from breakfast at the nook, morning coffee at the breakfast bar to family dining at the formal dining table.

The Living area is spacious and cohesive, flowing seamlessly from room to room. There is a Large HD Flat screen with cable and DVD player for your enjoyment. With room for the whole family around the L shaped couch you won't want to miss this inviting and spacious home.

Pool Area

Private pool area with seating and sun loungers.

The pool can be heated upon request and for an additional charge per night.. If purchased, pool heat must be confirmed prior to arrival and must be booked for the entitre stay to avoid being charged extra for a trip fee.

Pool heat will be set up to turn on in the morning and switch off late in the afternoon. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, and this cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. As such, your morning swim will likely be a bit chillier than in the late in the afternoon. At best ...the pool heater will warm water to 12 degrees above the air temp.

Cool nights will inevitably result in colder pools the next day. Dramatic drops in temperature may also result in optimal temperatures not being reached. In these situations beyond our control, neither the homeowner nor Easy Choice will be held liable for unfavourable pool temperatures.

Glenbrook Resort offers its guests the use of a community Clubhouse with fitness room, media room with complimentary use of computer and internet access, games room with air hockey and billiards and a comfortable lounge with large screen TV, DVD player and music centre.

The community complex also features an attractive large freeform swimming pool with a mushroom water feature, spacious sun-decking area, loungers and umbrellas.
For the more active there are tennis and beach volleyball courts and jogging trails around the complex.

"We enjoyed our house as it was in a quiet area and all the neighbors were friendly.The home was very clean and the furniture was in good condition and comfortable. There were lots of dishes and cutlery. We mabe could have used a casserole dish. All the appliances were in good working order.We loved the pool area it was well kept and the water was the right temperature. We spent a lot of time at the pool, having a barbeque was an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and we appreciated our home owner calling us to see how we were getting along. We would definitely go back to this residence."

"This was our second year in a row staying in this villa. We come to Florida and stay in a villa each year, this is by far the best one we have ever stayed in! It's quiet and the pool area is perfect. We felt at home during are stay and Liz & Jamie were there for us if we needed anything! The rental company that oversees the property is attentive and professional. We love it in Glenbrook, hope to stay there again next year! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Glenbrook Retreat. The house was spacious, with plenty of privacy for adults and kids. We had everything we needed upon arrival. The game room (garage) and pool kept our teenagers busy when they weren't at the parks. Disney is a short drive from the house with other attractions in Orlando about 30 minutes away. Plenty of shopping close by. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Jamie and Elizabeth (owners) were great to work with and answered all of my questions immediately. We would definitely return to their beautiful vacation home. Thank you so much!"

"The Villa was a real home from home situated in a lovely residential area not far from any of the attractions. We settled in so quickly and easily that we hardly knew that we were away. All the facilities were up to date and all equipment that you need was available in this property. Liz and Jamie were more than helpful and responded within 24 hours in regard to any query . We had the most wonderful time and we would highly recommend this Villa."
