This beautiful home in Sandy Ridge, Davenport features a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere boasting all the luxuries for a memorable family vacation.

This first class Orlando Vacation Home, less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World Main Gate entrance, offers a private pool, stunning surroundings and everything you need for the perfect Orlando getaway. The master bedroom and second bedroom offer spacious en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets.

Check-in is anytime after 4pm on the date of arrival. You will have access to your own personal keyless access code however the code will only be effective 15 minutes prior to the check-in time of 4pm. The check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure. PLEASE NOTE: if you need to secure a late-checkout, it must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs,1 laundry tab, hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom before you arrive. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned along with, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, extra trash bags, salt/pepper etc. are the guests responsibility.

Living and Dining Area

The fully equipped kitchen flows with the rest of the home. With beautiful wood cabinets to and white appliances you will love to entertain in this wonderful kitchen. The kitchen also on looks the dining area and living area so you can watch TV or talk with family while you prepare meals.
Next to the kitchen is your 6 setting table that on looks the living room. The table is a work of art with a mettal frame and stone inlay on the top your will love to dine in style.

Your living room is open and bright having soft colored couches you will love to kick back and relax while watching complimentary cable TV or just sitting down with the family to talk and relax.

Pool Area

Beautiful Private Pool Area with stunning views of woodland area. Outdoor table and chairs available in addition to sunloungers for a relaxing day by the pool and some al fresco dining.

The pool can be heated upon request and for an additional charge of $25 per night. If purchased, pool heat must be confirmed prior to arival and must be booked for the entitre stay to avoid being charged extra for any trip fees.

Pool heat will be set up to turn on in the morning and switch off late in the afternoon. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, and this cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. As such, your morning swim will likely be a bit chillier than in the late in the afternoon. At best ...the pool heater will warm water to 12 degrees above the air temp.

Cool nights will inevitably result in colder pools the next day. Dramatic drops in temperature may also result in optimal temperatures not being reached. In these situations beyond our control, neither the homeowner nor Easy Choice will be held liable for unfavourable pool temperatures.

Sandy Ridge in Davenport, Florida is a private single family home community nestled within minutes to dinning, shopping, golf and all the theme parks. Local retail, health and food options are Publix, liquor store, CVS pharmacy, 7-11 gas station, Pizza Hut, Subway, McDonalds, emergancy medical clinic and dentist, Chinese take out, Tropical smoothie and gym with in two miles. There is also the Champions gate center with restaurants and shopping.

"What a great place!! We were in Fla for a week of softball at the WW of Sports and this was the perfect location. Close to the complex, shopping, outlets, Disney, and airport. The pool was an amazing amenity to have and it was incredibly clean and well taken care of. The house is quite large with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. I loved the little extras-a game closet, toys for the pool, t.v.'s and cable in the rooms, even a couple of ice packs for my cooler! What a great place for an extended stay!! "
