Beautiful 5 Bed Pool and Spa Home with Games Room and lots of extras
This beautiful home in Sandy Ridge is located in a fantastic much sought after Community. Sandy Ridge is in one the best locations for access to the I-4, local amenities, bars, shops, restaurants and the theme parks. Enjoy hours of the Fiun in the Florida sunshine with your own private pool with a large patio and a wooded view behind the pool to givie you lots of privacy. The kitchen is open plan and spacious and allows you nice views right through the back of the house to the pool area. Check-in is anytime after 4pm on the date of arrival. You will have access to your own personal keyless access code however the code will only be effective 15 minutes prior to the check-in time of 4pm. The check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure. PLEASE NOTE: if you need to secure a late-checkout, it must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs,1 laundry tab, hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom before you arrive. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned along with, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, extra trash bags, salt/pepper etc. are the guests responsibility.
Living and Dining Area
The villa has a large spacious Family room. It contains two large luxurious sofas and a big comfortable chair, allowing the whole family to sit down together, relax and should they choose, enjoy the entertainment offered by the large flat screen 46" television complete with cable TV, XBox 360 & Kinnect, Nintendo Wii, Blu ray player and a docking station which is compatible with the iPhone, iPod and iPad.
If you fancy escaping the sunshine for a while, it is the ideal place to come curl up and relax with a good book. French Patio doors allow direct access to the pool deck as well letting lots of natural light in giving the room a light and airy feel. For your peace of mind should young children be staying in the villa, the doors are fitted with a child proof safety alarm.
The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The only thing you need to provide is the food!
There is seating for three at the large breakfast bar and a telephone from which all local, national and International calls to the UK and Canada are FREE (excludes mobiles, premium rate numbers and operator assisted calls). The telephone port also offers FREE internet access should you bring along your laptop (no PC supplied).
If you need to do any laundry, you will find a large capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron, and ironing board in the laundry area, which can be found at the back of the games room/garage. The villa has internal entry to the games room/garage. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.
The Breakfast Nook is a continuation of the Kitchen area. It has a round glass topped table and four chairs.
Bedrooms
The villa contains five large bedrooms allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are master suites, two are twin bedrooms, and the fifth is a parlour room which contains a double sized sofa bed. All five bedrooms have their own flat screen TV and DVD player. The TV's range in size from 22" to 32".
Master Suite
The first master suite is located at the rear of the villa overlooking the pool deck. It has a fantastic queen sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a huge walk-in Shower, toilet, his n hers basins and a large vanity mirror. Additional luxuries include a cooling ceiling fan, hair dryer, clock radio, and a security safe to keep all your valuables secure. There is an abundance of storage space provided by a large walk-in closet.
Master Suite 2
The largest of the four remaining bedrooms is the second master suite. It is located on the opposite side of the villa to the first suite and has a Queen sized bed and a en-suite bathroom complete with a walk in shower unit, toilet and basin. In addition there is ample storage space provided by a large built-in closet and drawers.
Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5
Bedrooms three (picture on right) and four are located adjacent to each other and each have two single beds. As in the second master suite, ample storage space is provided in each room by built-in closet and drawers.
Located conveniently next to these two rooms is the villas family bathroom which comes complete with a bath / shower unit, toilet, and basin. This bathroom could also double as a poolside bathroom as it has direct access out onto the pool deck.
Bedroom 5 can be found at the very front of the villa and has a large window letting in plenty of natural light. This room does not contain a conventional bed but does have a double sized sofa bed. If you don't want to use it as a bedroom, it could double as a play room for the children or a second living room.
Bedrooms two, three, four and five each have their own alarm clock. The villa has air-conditioning and heating throughout, so all the bedrooms will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will help you relax and enjoy a good nights sleep. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.
Pool Area
The luxurious 28 x 14 foot south facing pool and spa is surrounded by a large extended patio which includes a covered lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. This area is very private, as it backs onto conservation land giving some great views and is not overlooked by other villas.
Being south facing has the added advantage of being in the sunshine all day long, unlike most villas which may only get the sun shining directly onto their pool deck for part of the day.
The pool deck is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers, allowing you to both bask in the sun or enjoy a little lunch and a cool glass of wine.
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained.
A pool safety fence is available for additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa and takes only minutes to put in place, while all the doors leading out onto the pool deck are alarmed.
The final feature of the pool area is the pool side bathroom. The villas third bathroom is accessible directly from the pool deck should you wish to have a quick shower to keep cool.
The pool and spa can be heated upon request and for an additional charge of $25 per night. Unfortunately, we do NOT have a way of regulating heat for just the spa. The heating feature will heat both the pool and the spa, for this reason the spa will only be heated if the “Pool heating Fee” is added to your reservation. If purchased, pool heat must be confirmed prior to arrival and must be booked for the entitre stay to avoid being charged extra for a trip fee.
Pool heat will be set up to turn on in the morning and switch off late in the afternoon. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, and this cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. As such, your morning swim will likely be a bit chillier than in the late in the afternoon. At best ...the pool heater will warm water to 12 degrees above the air temp.
Cool nights will inevitably result in colder pools the next day. Dramatic drops in temperature may also result in optimal temperatures not being reached. In these situations beyond our control, neither the homeowner nor Easy Choice will be held liable for unfavourable pool temperatures.
Games Room
To add to your enjoyment the large two car garage has been converted into a fantastic games room. The room has internal access into the villa and features a air hockey table, table football, electronic darts board and a Pool Table.
The home still has a wide driveway which can easily accommodate two large vehicles side by side.
