This stunning and spacious 4 bed vacation pool home is located in the sought after gated resort of Aviana. It can sleep up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all the villa has to offer including open plan and comfortable furnished living rooms, games room and a stunning pool & spa overlooking a conservation area with no overlooking neighbours. Within walking distance, the resort has a clubhouse where you can enjoy the pool, spa, volleyball court and use of their business office for computer access, all complimentary as one of our guests.
Upon entering the house via the electronic door access system the ground floor has an excellent formal living area and formal dining area. Enjoy the spacious living areas of this home with two living rooms, the other of which is just off the kitchen/breakfast area and has direct access to the beautiful pool area. There are comfy black leather sofas for all the family to cosy up on and a LCD TV perfect for a movie night. The home is bright and fresh throughout, with clean modern furnishing, which is ideal on a sunny Florida day.The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with granite countertops. Off the kitchen is a breakfast “nook” with a breakfast table and views out to the pool area, where you can enjoy morning coffee. You’ll have easy access to the pool area from the lounge via sliding doors opening to the deck, so you’ll always feel part of the action.
The dining room gives you the perfect spot to enjoy family meals or have a special holiday dinner here at home. The more formal living area is next to the dining area.
