The villa is fully air conditioned with 5 bedrooms/5bathrooms and was decorated by an interior designer to a very high standard and has only the best of the best throughout the house, down to the finest details.

The stunning home has numerous of upgrades as you will see on the pictures, and is just perfect for everyone, including families, golf groups, honeymooners, and executive retreats. The Feng Shui ( a Japanese method) was used throughout this home, everything and all colors are in it´s correct place in the house so people will feel relaxed, comforted both in body and soul, just like going to a Health Spa.

All bedrooms have their own "19LCD/DVD combo TV with remote control, and there are fans in all of the bedrooms as well as highest quality of mattresses. Each bathroom and each bedroom has it´s color and theme matching one another, both in bed linen and the bathtowels, washcloths, etc. There are special beachtowels in every room to take out to the Pool area. Hairdryers are in each bedroom.

The house has a Brighthouse cable network with endless stations that can be watched in the livingroom, bedrooms or gameroom. There is also highspeed wireless internet access throughout the home and all local calls from the home are free of charge. Vacuum cleaner robot is also available in the house.

Poolarea: The highlight is of course, your own beautiful pool area and large private pool. The large swimming pool ( heated) with extended pool area and a Jacuzzi is fully screened with spectacular views. The pool has security fencing for the children which gives you piece of mind. Luxury pool furnishing with padded 6 chairs and oval dining table, 4 padded sunbeds with tables so you can relax in comfort by the pool side.

After a long day out in the park either sunbathe on the patio or just sit under the covered patio watching the children swim and play in the pool. In the everning switch on the superb music system to set that perfect atmosphere and mood ( there are 4 speakers around the pool). Sit back and relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the view or just enjoy a fine outdoor dining.

Gameroom: The gameroom is a must, for kids of all ages, not just for the childen but for the adults as well. The gameroom is well airconditioned and has a "42 TV wall mounted, Playstation 2, DVD, airhockey and a professional pool table that will supply you with many evenings of pool tournaments. The gameroom has a sofa, 4 stools with a table for card games or just to have a beer when watching a football game on the TV. There is something for everyone in this room.

Windsor Hills is the most desired gated resort community resort in the Disney Area. Windsor Hills has all the amenities of a Five star Hotel or Resort, but with the comfort convenience and privacy of a private home.

Some of the magnificent features of its massive multi million dollar clubhouse facility with an array of amenities including a multi million dollar club house community center complete with a large lagoon styled double beach-entry heated swimming pool creating a relaxing and playful atmosphere for the entire family. With water slide, separate toddler pool, spa,fountains, waterfalls, 48 seat high definition surround sound movie theatre, fitness room with top-of-the-line fitness equipment center, foosball, airhockey, ping pong, video arcade, pool tables, sundry shop ( convenience store) with video rentals.

The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, volleyball, putting green, children´s playgrounds and even RV parking. Windsor ill is located along North Old Lake Wilson Road adjaccent to US192 in Kissimmee´s tourist corridor. Located just 2 miles from I-4, Windsor Hills is just minutes from Walt Disney World and several outlet shopping malls.

There is also a vast assortment of golf, shopping and dining option nearby.

Check-in is anytime after 4pm on the date of arrival. You will have access to your own personal keyless access code however the code will only be effective 15 minutes prior to the check-in time of 4pm. The check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure. PLEASE NOTE: if you need to secure a late-checkout, it must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.

The living room has a direct access to the pool area and has a "42LCD TV with DVD and a ceiiling fan.

The kitchen has a nook that seats upto 6 people. Fully fitted luxury kitchen with lots of cupboard space, and counter work surfaces and is fully equipped (large fridge/freezer/icemaker, dishwasher, full size stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, pots/pans utensils, silverware etc) In the kitchen you will find as well plastic glassware and tableware for use around the poolarea.

Pool Area

The pool and spa can be heated upon request and for an additional charge of $25 per night. Unfortunately, we do NOT have a way of regulating heat for just the spa. The heating feature will heat both the pool and the spa, for this reason the spa will only be heated if the “Pool heating Fee” is added to your reservation. If purchased, pool heat must be confirmed prior to arrival and must be booked for the entitre stay to avoid being charged extra for a trip fee.

Pool heat will be set up to turn on in the morning and switch off late in the afternoon. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, and this cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. As such, your morning swim will likely be a bit chillier than in the late in the afternoon. At best ...the pool heater will warm water to 12 degrees above the air temp.

Cool nights will inevitably result in colder pools the next day. Dramatic drops in temperature may also result in optimal temperatures not being reached. In these situations beyond our control, neither the homeowner nor Easy Choice will be held liable for unfavourable pool temperatures.

Windsor hills HOA trash collection guidelines.

·         All trash must be bagged in a trash bag and securely tied. No grocery bags can be used.

·         All items must fit in the bench and fully close. Items that that do not fit inside must be taken to the community collection sites. Do not place items on top of bench.

·         No items with liquid may be placed in trash. They must be fully emptied.

·         Soiled items such as diapers must be double bagged.

·         Broken glass or sharp objects must be double bagged and brought to the community collection site.

"The house is exactly like the pictures! The location is AMAZING!!! It was a short drive to all of the Disney parks, Universal Studios, and the shopping outlet mall. The house is spacious, clean, and cozy. The pool was wonderful for after a day at the park. It was perfect for our family (3 couples and a child). We did not use the upstairs but it would be perfect for those with multiple children. The highlight was the game room. So many family memories were made over games of pool and air hockey. We could not have asked for a better place. I got engaged while there and the paperwork for my ring was left behind and the company was so helpful in getting it back! Love them!” "

"Perfect! Absolutely perfect, in every is exactly as pictured and even better. You will not be disappointed and it made for a wonderful stress free welcoming environment. I rented this stunning home for a reunion event and what can I say? Look at the pictures the quality and standards in furnishing are there from the minute you walk up to the front door and enter, immaculate! Quiet neighborhood which suited our age group. The beds are plush and extremely comfortable, ensuring a good nights sleep. I suffer from a bad back and had a great night\' sleep every night as did everyone else. Quality bed linens and furnishing is very comfortable. Cleanliness is AAA++++!!! Fresh, clean, spotless and welcoming. The kitchen is FULLY equipped, a generous supply of everything you would need for a realxing vacation. Close to Disney , shopping and restaurants. It felt as though I was in my own home. You will not be disappointed, book with confidence."

"Started with a late flight and delay at immigration. However, walking in to the house and seeing just how nice it was (the photos don't do it justice) we were instantly cheered up and excited for the week. It was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and close by to restaurants, bars and of course the EARS. We had a fun and relaxed time. Can't have asked for more."
