As you enter the Villa, the ground floor offers a spacious living room with a 55” LED TV/HD cable box and comfortable sitting area adjacent to a full size dining area. As you continue, you will walk into an open concept fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook that opens to the family room. It also leads to one of the favorite parts of the house, the lanai and the private pool & hot tub. The Lanai, Private Pool & Hot Tub One of the villa’s main features is its private southwest facing large heated pool. The pool is fed by a gentle waterfall from the hot tub spa. Take a dip in your own private heated swimming pool and the spa backing on to a green open space. After a long day at the parks, enjoy sitting in the bubbling raised spa with a relaxing drink. The pool has an extended deck and a pool safety fence for your children’s safety. This entire area is screened in to keep the bugs out, and is southwest facing to ensure you have sun all afternoon. Relax on the sun loungers and enjoy a sleepy afternoon. There is a pool basketball hoop; nothing is more fun than a game of one-on-one in the pool, there are also plenty of pool toys in the deck box. We provide free pool heat, free use of the 4-Burner Propane Grill and free propane during your stay. We have cabana towels (100% cotton large 35 x 70 beach towel in classic blue and white). No need to bring anything but your suitcases and bathing suits.#
The Family Room The family room features plenty of seating on a comfortable leather sectional, a large 70” (177.8cm) 3D LED TV, Xbox One with Kinect, a surround sound system and Blu-ray DVD player with digital HD cable service and HBO. We wouldn’t want you to miss out on your favorite shows. This TV also has a FREE NetFlix account with access to 1000's of movies, NetFlix even has 3D movies, just take out the 3D glasses from the TV console and enjoy! It's a great area for the family to regroup and relax. You can enjoy a movie or simply chat while a feast is being prepared in the kitchen. The Game Room Our latest addition features a brand new 8ft. professional pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, dart board, wall to wall carpeting and is completely climate controlled (both A/C and heat). The game room is definitely a crowd pleaser. Kitchen If you love to cook (or love saving money by not eating out), then you’ll really love our FULLY-EQUIPPED GOURMET KITCHEN. The kitchen has everything a good cook needs to feed a hungry crowd. This kitchen has every appliance you’d find at home – a full-size refrigerator & smooth surface stove, microwave, toaster, 2 coffeemakers, rice cooker/steamer, blender, electric mixer, waffle maker, popcorn maker and a new high-end Bosch dishwasher. We’ve made sure to include a full-set of pots, pans, cooking utensils. And plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware to make every meal delicious! The informal dining/breakfast nook has a table and 4 chairs and overlooks the pool. There’s also a breakfast bar that seats 2. We also supply dishwasher & laundry pods, kitchen soap and garbage bags. Bedroom For guests who may prefer the convenience of not having to climb stairs, the first floor queen size bedroom has a view to the pool and is adjacent to a large bathroom with a shower tub. Laundry On the first floor, there is a separate laundry room with brand new ultra-large-capacity front load washer & dryer with ironing facilities. Our guests will never have to worry about having to go back home with dirty laundry. 2nd Floor The second floor is where you’ll find the remainder of the bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en suites) & the study where you can comfortably sit and surf the web on a flat screen LED all-in-one computer. Bedroom Highlights There are a total of 6 bedrooms, all of which have their own HD flat screen LED TVs (either 32” or 40”), Blu-ray DVD players (Netflix, Pandora & other Apps), ceiling fans and plenty of blankets, pillows and linens. Two of the bedrooms have king sized luxury plush pillow top mattresses, 2 more bedrooms have queen sized luxury plush pillow top mattresses and finally the last two bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. Each of the twin bedrooms also has a Cortesi Convertible Accent Chair Bed which converts to a twin bed, so three children can sleep in each bedroom. 2 King Master en suites (2nd Floor) 2 Queen Bedrooms (1st Floor & 2nd Floor) 2 double twin beds bedrooms (2nd Floor) The master suite is very ample and has an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, separate restroom, walk-in closet, his & her sinks and a relaxing soaking tub. Similarly, the second Master Suite has a King Size bed, and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The shared bathroom is also very ample. It features a separate combination bath/shower, separate restroom and his & her sinks. We provide crispy white hotel bed sheets & soft fluffy towels.
