5 Bedroom 3 Bath Pool Home in Lake Berkely resort, gated and manned 24 hours a day giving you optimum security and peace of mind. This spacious home features all of the comforts and conveniences of home with a few added surprises along the way.

After the parks, bask in the sun at the pool and spa, play a round of golf, drive to the nearby restaurants or visit one of the many tourist attractions close by. Lake Berkley is ideally located less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and other Orlando theme parks. Located just off Highway 192, means that everything you need and more is within easy reach.

Check-in is anytime after 4pm on the date of arrival. You will have access to your own personal keyless access code however the code will only be effective 15 minutes prior to the check-in time of 4pm. The check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure. PLEASE NOTE: if you need to secure a late-checkout, it must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs,1 laundry tab, hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom before you arrive. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned along with, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, extra trash bags, salt/pepper etc. are the guests responsibility.

Living and Dining Area

Spacious living room and dinning area, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils including pots, pans, toaster, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, cooking range, dishwasher etc. Dining area plus a table and chairs on the patio for eating outside by the pool.

Pool Area

Relax by the pool, plan a family Bar-B-Que, or watch the sunset while sipping a cool drink by the poolside.

The pool and spa can be heated upon request and for an additional charge per night. If purchased, pool heat must be confirmed prior to arrival and must be booked for the entitre stay to avoid being charged extra for a trip fee.

Pool heat will be set up to turn on in the morning and switch off late in the afternoon. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, and this cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. As such, your morning swim will likely be a bit chillier than in the late in the afternoon. At best ...the pool heater will warm water to 12 degrees above the air temp.

Cool nights will inevitably result in colder pools the next day. Dramatic drops in temperature may also result in optimal temperatures not being reached. In these situations beyond our control, neither the homeowner nor Easy Choice will be held liable for unfavourable pool temperatures.

Lake Berkley Resort, is situated off the Highway 192 in Kissimmee, Orlando. This prime location places you just 8 miles from Walt Disney world and is close to a good choice of restaurants. A 24-hour Walmart supermarket is also within walking distance from the resort.

Lake Berkley Resort is gated and manned 24 hours a day giving you optimum security and peace of mind. The resort boast excellent facilities including a clubhouse with gym, games room, floodlit tennis courts, convenience store, communal pool, heated spa, children's playground and splash pad. An internet cafe with computers, desks and printers is also available. The resort benefits from its own volleyball courts and a half-size basketball court. Take a picturesque stroll along one of the resort's nature trails and enjoy the natural, spring-fed feature lake with its own small sandy beach and fishing pier where you can sit and lap up the Florida sunshine or indulge in a BBQ in one of the dedicated areas.
