Located in the beautiful, gated & guarded community of Reunion, this home is only a 10 minute drive from the gates of Walt Disney World and within easy commute to other world class attractions and a huge selection of restaurants & shops.

Upon entering the iron gates at the entrance you will pass the detached 6th bedroom suite on the right and opening up is the front courtyard that has a fireplace with walls of glass and French doors that open into the home.
The Grand Entrance foyer has the library entrance on the left and this leads you to the open space of the living room as you pass the wine cellar with rock walls on the left. The roaring fire places at the courtyard and the back lanai.
The Kitchen that has marble floors overlooks the two story living room and has glass walls that overlook the pool area that look out to the 12th Fairway of the Traditions Golf Course. It contains a six burner gas stove, oven, microwave and a huge hammered copper sink that has granite counter tops and we also have granite tops on the raised breakfast bars. Between the dining room and the kitchen is the butler’s pantry that contains a wet bar and huge pantry for storage.

The second floor is where you will find the Disney Frozen Themed Bedroom. The rounded wall is made of a unique rock and has a floor covering in slate and crisscrossed with wood.
There is also have a desk area that looks out to the first floor great room that will lead you to the queen bed suite that has a curve shaped balcony with French doors that look over the front patio, here you will see checker board stones that cover the ground in red and white and the bougainvillea with the crimson blossoms climbing the walls on either side of the fireplace.
Each of the bathrooms has a unique style all its own from the sink style to the marble, granite details that are like no other home you will ever be in.
Down the hall is the bedroom suite with two twin beds that have a set of French doors to the balcony and of course the second master bedroom suite.
