Sandy Ridge in Davenport is set in a conservation area with easy access to the I/4 and within 4 minutes of a range of amenities. There are lakes with an array of wildlife, sidewalks and a children's play area and the community has it's own security patrol.
Our villa is bright, airy and beautifully furnished and with so much choice close by, you are ideally situated for a fantastic vacation which also allows for those quiet days relaxing by the pool.
This lovely villa has all the amenities for a home away from home. Ideal for two families to share, the spacious, bright family living room which features ample comfortable seating with three coffee tables and 2 lamps. There is a large media unit with an oversize tv, dvd player and numerous books and games to keep the family entertained. Patio doors open out onto the south facing pool deck with dining table, chairs and sun loungers for relaxing and al fresco dining. The indoor dining area has a modern oblong glass table with 8 leather chairs for those times when you want air-conditioning and is conveniently located next to the kitchen, making preparing and serving meals easy. The kitchen has ample work surfaces, tiled flooring and quality appliances, including an American fridge/freezer and ice maker, a modern stove and grill, a dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee machine. There is also a large selection of crockery, cutlery and cookware.
The villa has two master suites both with adjoining bathrooms, two twin-bedded rooms and a separate bathroom. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet, with matching drawers and nightstands, bedside lamps, TV and quality furnishings. The stunning King Master is located to the rear of the home, overlooking the pool deck and the exceptionally large Queen is at the front of the villa. Both have large walk-in showers, a mirrored vanity unit and toilet. The separate bathroom has a bath, shower, mirrored vanity unit and toilet and is situated between the two twin rooms.
There is a separate utility room with a washer, a dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. All the spacious rooms have integral fans and ceiling lights and there is air-conditioning/heating throughout. All towels, sheets and extra bedding are included and modern high quality linens are provided. There are numerous linen closets and storage space throughout the home.
The private pool is the perfect place to unwind and can be heated at an extra charge (winter months). There is a fully screened lanai area around a 30ft x 15ft pool with underwater lighting for an evening swim. The property is in a quiet area with lakes and visiting wildlife and landscaped to the front and rear with palm trees and shrubs. The integral garage can be accessed through the house and stores beach items and two pushchairs for guest use. Cots, highchairs and barbecues can be provided on request.
The villa is professionally cleaned for each guest and beds are fully made up before your arrival. We employ a 24 hour management company should you need them.
Ideally located for all Florida has to offer, there is quick and easy, virtually traffic free access to all major roads. Within 2 minutes drive is a Publix supermarket, a gym, a gas station, a pharmacy and various takeaways offering delivery. One junction down the I/4 is the Posner Commons Mall with cinemas, bars and department stores and 10 minutes away is Irlo Bronson Highway with even more choice for restaurants, bars and shopping. Only 15 minutes away is the wonderful small town of Celebration for bars, restaurants and an old town feel, with plenty of beautiful walks by the lakes. The beaches are an hour away - Space Coast to the east and the Gulf Coast to the west.
