This 5 bedroom, 3 & 1/2 bath house, with two master suites, conveniently located off Highway 27 at the Four Corners community is luxurious, tranquil and fully equipped to provide the best vacation accommodation possible
The outsize pool with spa, large deck area and palm trees, overlooks a spacious retention area. It is the perfect place to watch the sunsets or relax in the wild jasmine surrounded spa with a cold glass of wine or beer. The spa even has extra bubble power for added enjoyment. In the large, landscaped yard, there is a gas Bar-b-que.
Inside the house there is a family room complete with movies to watch and games to play, a well equipped kitchen and breakfast nook, with highchair and booster seat, looking out to the pool. There is a separate formal dining and seating area and it is here the Playstation is located so children and adults can enjoy separate activities, if they want to.
The main master suite is downstairs with a super king size bed and pillow top mattress, private seating area and an en-suite with walk in, double headed shower, and his and her walk in closets. There is one additional bedroom downstairs which has twin beds.
Upstairs the second master with en-suite bathroom has a queen size bed. Next to this room is a twin bedded room themed for children with two twin beds and a full size crib. There is also a playpen and baby alarm in the closet. Next to this room is the main bathroom and lastly a double bedded room with a fun 'monkey' theme.
On the upstairs landing there is a full size desk with Internet ready Broadband computer and HP printer/copier/fax machine designed for the business person who needs to work while the family plays. As if all this were not enough to keep you occupied, there is a games room with a slate bed pool table, foosball table and an air hockey game. There is also a bar, bar stools and a fridge.
The house comes with free unlimited long distance telephone calling facilities and many more extras too numerous to mention.
The whole house has individually designed drapes, bedcovers and cushions.

Four Corners is situated along Hwy 27 very close to beautiful golf courses and within easy reach of major restaurant and tourist areas. This is one of the newer areas and has been developing slowly over the last three years. There is now a new Walmart, Publix food market, restaurants, liquor stores and other interesting shops opening all the time. The local golf courses cater for all levels of play and green fee prices. The house backs onto a conservation area and is not overlooked.
