After a fun time at one of the nearby Disney Theme Parks or other area attractions, come home to a relaxing time at a beautiful private single family pool home.
This is a very comfortable 2150 sq. ft. private 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Privacy is provided by tall hedges on both sides and back which completely encloses the entire exceptionally large screened in pool-lanai area making it very secluded. There is wireless hook up for the internet for your convience and three television sets. The family room has a very large flat screen TV with VCR and DVD players. There is a full size washer and dryer in a seperate laundry room for your convenience. An iron and ironing board is included. Why pack extra clothes when you can wash and wear some the second time? And why take a load of dirty clothes home from vacation? The kitchen is fully equipped with all possible appliances, utencils and dishes including refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, microwave and garbage disposal. It's all available for your dining pleasure. There is a formal dining room. Enjoy it, or eat on the patio, it's your choice.
The garage has been completely converted into a Disney themed play room for the young and young at heart. It offers table tennis, a pool table and a small library for those who love to read while they relax. There is also two bicycles for those who like to ride. I won't say exersize because that's a dirty word when you are on vacation. A high chair and stroller are there if needed.
The home is equipped with child safety alarms on all doors and windows with axcess to the pool area. The pool is extra large being approximately 15 by 33 feet. Optional pool heat is available upon request.
Some have said this villa is close enough to be convient but far enough away to be quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Also don't forget the many nearby golf courses and shopping areas including Walmart and Publix supermarkets. Both US 27 and 192 with all the shops and resturants are only minutes away."
