We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. Guest do not have access to the on site aminites such as the fitness center and clubhouse aminities, although they will have access to the fishing dock, (proper state licenses required) nature trails and a white sandy beach overlooking Lake Davenport.

Offering a selection of entrees, custom sandwiches and burgers, as well as speciality pizzas and drinks, Tradewinds is a great place to enjoy a relaxed meal whilst on resort. Open daily from 11am-11pm, with buffet breakfast available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8am-10.30am.
The Marketplace Gift Shop & Grocery at Bahama Bay is stocked for your convenience, whether you want to pick up some drinks and snacks, a morning newspaper or a holiday souvenir.

"Everything was awesome about thing place. We were there from June 15-19, 2016. The check in process went extra smooth then we got to the room everything was clean and in order. The gentleman at the front desk was extra nice and helpful. The pools especially the hot tubs was wonderful. The beds slept so good no one wanted to wake for the theme parks. The overall location was great. I enjoyed my stay and will be staying again in the near future. I would like to tell Russ that this was a great choice for my family and I. And we thank you tremendously for everything. The one thing that we didn't get a chance to do was see the entire property but that's okay we will be back. I would most definitely recommend this property to friends and family. "

"This condo was everything it said it was. Easy to get to, in a great area, lots of parking, and plenty of amenities.
It came with everything necessary for a wonderful vacation. The only downside, and this is in no way the owners fault, were the people above us. Either they were extremely loud, kids running up and down constantly, or the condo was made poorly since we heard all the movement, all the time.
That being said, we were there for Disney and Universal, so we weren't in the condo much.
I would stay again, for sure. "

"We rented the condo for our Universal Studios trip in the beginning of September. It had everything that we needed and was very spacious. We had the pool and the volleyball court to ourselves which was fabulous! Honestly, the time spent on-site at Bahama Bay was the most relaxing part of my vacation and the second half of the trip was in an ocean-front condo! I highly recommend checking out the extras on-site! Also, the price was fabulous and helped to balance out the heavy spending required inside Universal! Definitely worth every penny! "

" I have only possitive things to tell about our stay during our Family vacation. We have been planning this trip for about two years. Since the beginning, the owner, Russ, was very helpfull and understanding. Going the extra mile to get me all the information I needed. The house itself was a home for us. We were a party of 8. And everybody slept well. We had two teenage boys who ofcourse did not want to sleep side by side on the sofa bed, but they had no problem putting down the cushions of the sofa bed and making their own bed on the floor. So one slept on the sofa bed and the other on the floor and they rotated every day. The property is pretty central to all the parks we went. Less then 30 min drives to all the major attractions which for us is very close. There is a wallmart supercenter(open 24 hours) about 10 min drive from were we where do we ended up every evening on there after any park we went that day. The only negative part is that we had to call the front desk twice for our above neighbours. The had children who were running and jumping around at 2 am in the morning. So we could hear them clearly. But that is one thing you dont have in hand. You must be lucky to have quite neighbours or call like we did and they send security over. All in all, we want to thank the owner Russ for having us and for helping in everything. We will recommend Bahama Bay Resort to our friends and family "
