Had a fantastic time here, very convenient for I4 and 192. Villa very spacious, and well furnished with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Pool area was excellent with very comfortable furniture. Will definitely stay here again.

Hi, I used your service a few months ago and never did get around to sending you an email about what a great deal I got with you all. I looked for months for hotel deals for military members for Disney World and had resigned myself to spending at least $1000 for a small, one room hotel room without a fridge or microwave for a week long stay. However, after I found your company, I stopped looking for anything better. For a 6 night stay, literally minutes away from the theme parks, for less than than half that cost of the small hotel rooms, we got a BEAUTIFUL condo, with a full kitchen and two bedrooms with full bathrooms, a pool and in a private community. You absolutely cannot beat that. Our travel time was roughly 10 minutes with traffic, there was a Publix right down the street, and after a long day with the kids at the theme parks, I got to take a nice long bubble bath in the soaking tub! I haven't had such a good vacation in a very long time. If I'm ever in the area again, I will absolutely be calling you all. And I'm recommending to everyone I know who is taking advantage of the free military admission to the Disney and Universal Parks, to use your service. Thank you again! Megan Pleva

We enjoyed our stay at Cane Island. The condo was large, bright, clean, well-stocked with very nice furnishings with an excellent layout perfect for extended families. The balcony overlooked the lake and pool area with morning sun. Cane Island locatin has good restaurants within walking distances and easy accesss to Disney area. Hi All at Easy Choice. Sorry it took a while but it was all go when we got back to Scotland. The condo was first class, in terms and location and cleanliness we had no complaints at all. The booking process was simple for us, though unfortunately the strength of the dollar made it a little more expensive. The service was really really good and we had a great time. Lots of sun and fun. We did hire a car so we could go to the restaurants further away, but we used the shuttle to get to Disney. The weather was better than expected and the pool was delightful. We really do recommend Easy Choice and Cane Island. Thank you for a great great time and for sure we will be back! Michelle xxxx

We had an excellent time in Terrace Ridge. Everything was in great shape and Jackie and Trish made our stay so much easier. We were on our very first trip to Orlando and the girls did everything to help us by giving us directions so that we could get some medical attention, to getting our tickets to the theme parks. We didnt book with EasyChoice, but a Travel Agent and had a terrible flight over to Sanford. However once we arrived to the property we contacted Easy Choice Property Management and they were extremely help and professional. It was great to see the English and Americans working so well together and I cannot recommend them enough. Please feel free to e-mail us for any information. We stayed here in January 2008 and we were absolutely delighted with the whole experience. We arrived at the house at 11pm, we had no problems finding the place and we were really pleased when we walked through the door. I recommend purchasing the welcome pack, it had water, cereal, tea and coffee and several other useful items that meant we didnt have to worry about supplies till the next day. There was a Publix only 2 mins away and it was in the perfect location. It was actually 7 minutes to Disney on Interstate 4, the first time it has been completely accurate. We met the staff at Easy Choice the day after we arrived and they were fantastic, nothing was any problem, not only did they arrange for our park tickets to be delivered to us, they booked a table for us at a great Steak House as it was my husbands birthday. Thank you to you all, we will be booking for next year. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, Service and Location.

I am the owner of a condo at Terrace Ridge Cirlce in Davenport. Having had a number of problems with previous management companies, I had decided to look for a new company and first met Robert Topping at Easy Choice Property Management in October 2006. Following our meeting, I had no hesitation in asking him to manage my property. I can honestly say that to date, Robert has managed my property superbly. His responses are always very quick to any questions I may have. Earlier this year, I had a problem with a roof leak at the property and Robert's assistance in dealing with the guests and then the builders with carrying out the necessary repairs was invaluable. I felt much more relaxed about the situation knowing that Robert was on hand to help in any way possible. Further to the month by month management, Robert has also obtained valuable bookings for me, which I am very pleased with, given the current difficult situation with the property market in trying to gain rental bookings. First Class Villa. Perfect location it was less than 10 minutes to Disney. The pool area was great to sit out at night and great for sunbathing in the day. It really kept the kids happy. Being a biology teacher I found the local wildlife fascinating, although i\'m glad to say I didn\'t get close to any alligators. Facilities were excellent, I even found time to use the gym. Dave

The home is beautiful, and very family friendly. We spent hours in the game room, and grilling out by the pool. The kitchen is fully equiped with all appliances, dinnerware, and utensils. Each bedroom is equiped with television, and one has PS2 for the kids. This villa will provide all the comforts of home, and is a place you will want to return to. The location is 10 to 15 minutes to all the Orlando attractions. My family would like to thank the owners Martin & Penny for opening their home to us, and providing a wonderful vacation setting. Good morning Robert, We are leaving very early on Saturday, March 3 to catch our 7:00 a.m. flight back to Toronto. Wow what an amazing place. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the resort first class. We stayed here for a week and didn't want to come home. Thanks so much for helping us choose such a great place, all our needs were catered for and it's so close to the parks and shopping. See you in April.
