Spacious 4 bedroom 3 full bath townhome located in the Regal Palms Resort & Spa Community. Our resort is minutes away from all the major activities in Orlando but nestled away for quiet relaxation.

Regal Palms Resort offers many amenities including a fitness center, and amenities including a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and shower’s.

Banana Jacks is a pirate themed restaurant/bar located on site that serves a wide variety of food & drinks. They serve breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Banana Jacks offers indoor and outdoor seating as well as service to the pool area. They will also deliver to your unit. Attached to the restaurant is a fun zone/arcade/game room for the kids.

Pool amenities include: two pools (heated all year round), a water slide, lazy river, hot tub, white sand volley ball court and a tiki bar.
Pool towels are provided free of charge at the resort (they do not provide any floats for the lazy river). Floats can be purchased onsite or across the street at Dollar General.

This unit is fully equipped with washer and dryer, fridge, and full kitchen with all towels and linens provided. The home does offer free secured Wi-Fi. All local and long distance phone calls are included anywhere in the US, Canada & Puerto Rico.

"Really clean, spacious and homey place to stay. We had a fantastic time here. The days we wasn't at the par we made the most of the resort that was great. The theme pars were not to far at all and shops were close by. The home was very comfortable and we loved our stay. I would highly recommend for people visiting the area and would definitely stay here again. "

"Condo was very nice, quiet and gated community but the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Old urine stains on the seats, stains on the towels, and empty beer bottles under the bed. Cleaning service should do better. The AC broke on my 2nd day there and it took 3 days for repair and I was leaving the next day. It was 87 to 89 degree the whole time. It took me 2 days to get a hold of soemone from the management company. Condo is kind of far from the airport 45 mns to 1 hour but closer to most of the parks. I don't know if I would recommend this condo but I wouldn't stay there again. Good luck if you give it a shot you might have a different experience."

"The house is clean, very spacious, the pool is nice. The neighborhood is really quiet and safe, be prepared yo drive 15 mins to the closest supermarket or 30 mins to Disney. Also have to plan to get all you are going to need in the day by day like toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap (also some dishes), clothes detergent, trash bags, etc. Love the home. "
