Luxury 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Townhome in Festival Resort 

Enjoy your next family vacation in this vibrant three bedroom two and a half bath townhouse with a private splash pool. Equipped with all the comforts of home including spacious living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen .

Festival Resort is a charming and family-friendly community designed to make your dreams of a perfect vacation come true. In the center of the community, you'll enjoy the best of this resort with unique facilities to entertain families, which includes: Large pool with cabanas, kids pool with splash area, mini golf, beach volley court, kids room, fitness center, restaurant, and convenience store.  

Check-in is anytime after 4pm on the date of arrival. You will have access to your own personal keyless access code however the code will only be effective 15 minutes prior to the check-in time of 4pm. The check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure. PLEASE NOTE: if you need to secure a late-checkout, it must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.
 

FEATURES
This property features:

The main level consists of a spacious open-plan featuring a living/dining area and a modern full-equipped kitchen, all with a view to the private pool in the courtyard. Large master suite with KingSize bed and a shared bathroom with walk-in enclosed shower.

Washer/Dryer is near the kitchen.

Two other bedrooms are on the second level and share the second bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other bedroom has a Queen bed and 1 Twin bed.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs,1 laundry tab, hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom before you arrive. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned along with, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, extra trash bags, salt/pepper etc. are the guests responsibility.

Pool Area

Relax by the pool, plan a family Bar-B-Que, or watch the sunset while sipping a cool drink by the poolside.

The pool can be heated upon request and for an additional charge per night. If purchased, pool heat must be confirmed prior to arrival and must be booked for the entitre stay. 

If the pool heating option is chosen, the pool will be heated each day from a default time frame of 8 am to 8 pm. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, and this cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. The pool will likely be a bit chillier in the morning than late in the afternoon. 

Cold nights will inevitably result in colder pools the next day. Dramatic drops in temperature may also result in optimal temperatures not being reached. In these situations beyond our control, neither the homeowner nor Easy Choice will be held liable for unfavourable pool temperatures. Pool heaters are not designed to make water warm to the touch, their function is not necessarily due to a malfunctioning pool heater. At best the pool heater will warm water to 12 degrees above the air temp.
