This is a very pretty, one level villa located in Orange Tree, close to shops and restaurants and only 15 minutes from Disney attractions. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the whole house has recently be redecorated and rejuvenated with a bright, welcoming color scheme throughout.

There are two seating areas; a formal seating area with 3 seater sofa, loveseat and armchair, the other with 3 seater sofa (sofa bed), loveseat, armchair, 45” flatscreen TV, DVD player and patio doors to the pool area. Dining area is off of the formal seating area and seats 6.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet and en-suite bathroom with corner tub, separate shower cubicle, twin basins and Walk in Closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, closet and bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds and a double closets

Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sinks with disposal unit and large fridge/freezer. Utility room with washer and dryer. Off street parking for 2 cars is available at the front of the villa and grocery stores/restaurants are a 5 minute drive. Disney attractions are easily accessed via US192 and are 15 minutes away.

Orange Tree as its name implies the community is blessed with more than 1,000 citrus trees which add to the natural beauty of the community. Ideally located on Hwy 27 within easy access of shops (Walmart, Publix etc..) restaurants and public library. It has its own recreational areas including two child play areas as well as a tennis, basketball courts and a soccer pitch. There is also a small lake that is teaming with wild life and a nature trail that circles the entire community.

"Overall good experience. The home is nice, clean and spacious. There were a few minor maintenance issues but the Maintenance crew was great and came out immediately to to fix any issues. Cutomer service was good. Everyone we talked to or had interaction with was friendly and helpful. "

"We've just returned from a small family trip to Orlando and this was our first experience of renting a holiday villa and my first time to Florida. Casa Naranja is a lovely villa, in a brilliant location of all of the Disney parks but far enough away from the hustle & bustle of International drive. The villa was clean, spacious and well maintained. The pool was tended to regularly during our stay, and even the gardener. Everything about the accommodation was ideal for what we wanted and it was easy to get to also. We will definitely return for a future visit and most certainly recommend to friends and family. My parents are already looking at a return trip in the very near future. Thank you so much. "

"Just returned from Easter Holiday 15 nights stay at this property. Excellent impressions. The villa is well equipped and has everything that the families may need. From practical point of view - location is good. The car (as with all other properties in the area) is essential. Takes 15-20 mins to get to Disney Parks. Many restaurants in the area. Convenient Publix Supermarket less than 3/4 of mile away (We once walked there). There are games in the garage, the pool was nice and heated as we requested. . The villa comfortably accommodates 8 people. It is spacious and I wish we would have same type of villas in the UK. The villa climate control works perfectly, we never changed the set temperature as it was comfortable for us. Cooking facilities and utensils were plentiful. The villa is very clean and maintained to a high standard. Beds are comfortable to sleep. I am very sensitive to pillows which allow me a good sleep. I had not had any problems in the villa. Managed to select comfortable sleep position. Overall - excellent property for reasonable money. Wholeheartedly recommended. "

"We are a family of 4 (two teenagers) and this villa was perfect for our stay. We have always stayed in the Sheraton Vistana Resort but felt we all needed our own bedroom this year - for less money we got everything and more that we got in the suite at the Vistana. The villa is beautifully clean and has everything you may require. Villa is located closer to Disney parks than Universal but travelling to Universal is not an issue either........overall AMAZING! "

""We had a great holiday -Orange Tree is a great area to be in and the villa is very spacious, but as I said there were a few issues that we came across. The villa was very spacious and quiet and the broadband was great. The bathrooms were very clean, as was the kitchen. We do hope to return to Florida next year, and we intend to book our accommodation through yourselves. "
