The villa has five bedrooms and three bathrooms.  Two bedrooms are master en-suites with the remaining bathroom having access from inside the villa and from the pool deck for use when on the pool deck and after swimming.  There is wi-fi throughout the property and cable TV  in the lounge and all bedrooms.

Pool Area

 The pool and spa are south-east facing meaning there is sun on the pool deck in the daytime and the shaded lanai, then you have shade late afternoon/evening to sit out, relax and cool down.  The property is a corner plot so has only one neighbour and backs onto conservation land which has a dense tree line so it really has a very secluded feel.
