Spacious and beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath with a Private Pool that has everything you need during your vacation. Including a fully equipped kitchen, private pool with stunning views of woodland area and a game room. Located in the exclusive gated community of Aviana which offers a peaceful setting, just 15 mins from the Disney/Universal Parks and only a few minutes away from local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.
Check-in is anytime after 4pm on the date of arrival. You will have access to your own personal keyless access code however the code will only be effective 15 minutes prior to the check-in time of 4pm. The check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure. PLEASE NOTE: if you need to secure a late-checkout, it must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.
Please feel free to contact us at any time and our Reservations Team will do our best to assist you. We are available in the office Monday - Saturday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. After 5pm each day and on Sundays or Holidays you will need to call our After Hours line by calling tour office and pressing extention 7 for emergincies or if your locked out. Our Phone Number is also on the front door.
