Spacious And Beautiful Six Bedroom, Five Bath home in a Gated Community And Five Star Resort. Located just minutes from Disney World. Everything anyone would want for a relaxing vacation awaits you here. The home is beautiful designer furnishings for a fun and exciting vacation in Florida and offers over 3600 sq ft of space in which to spread out. And the upstairs has a separate seating area with a game room, including a pool table and arcade video games. The kitchen is fully equipped to entertain all you guests. The four bedrooms upstairs each have their own private bathroom. The two bedrooms downstairs do share one bathroom. The private enclosed pool area features a heated pool and an outdoor seating area along with four lounge chairs.
The Solterra Resort has a wonderful club house, pool area that features a lazy river in which you can float away the afternoon. There is also a snack bar that offers food, drinks and ice cream treats. Just Imagine sipping on a cool beverage, floating on the lazy river, or relaxing by your private pool at Solterra Resort. Solterra is a gated community with stunning amenities. It is located minutes from theme parks, shopping, and top golf courses as well as shopping and dining within a easy drive.
Check-in is anytime after 4pm on the date of arrival. You will have access to your own personal keyless access code however the code will only be effective 15 minutes prior to the check-in time of 4pm. The check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure. PLEASE NOTE: if you need to secure a late-checkout, it must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.

Six bedrooms and five full bathrooms. All rooms have flat screen smart TV’s

No Dogs allowed unless it is a service dog. Documentation must be provided before booking. There will also be an extra cleaning fee if this has been approved.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs,1 laundry tab, hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom before you arrive. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned along with, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, extra trash bags, salt/pepper etc. are the guests responsibility.

Pool Area

The private pool area features a conversation pit as well as a table for six. There is also a security fence dividing the pool area from the home.
POOL SERVICE
The pool is tested and cleaned on a weekly basis. They do not announce themselves and will let themselves in the pool area through the side screen door in the pool area. Please do not be frightened of them, they will be finished with their work in a short amount of time. A estimated ETA can not be given as they cannot guarantee hoe long each job will take them throughout the day.

The pool can be heated upon request and for an additional charge of $35 per night. If purchased, pool heat must be confirmed prior to arrival and must be booked for the entitre stay to avoid being charged extra for a trip fee.

Pool heat will be set up to turn on in the morning and switch off late in the afternoon. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, and this cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. As such, your morning swim will likely be a bit chillier than in the late in the afternoon. At best ...the pool heater will warm water to 12 degrees above the air temp.

Cool nights will inevitably result in colder pools the next day. Dramatic drops in temperature may also result in optimal temperatures not being reached. In these situations beyond our control, neither the homeowner nor Easy Choice will be held liable for unfavourable pool temperatures.

PARKING RESTRICTIONS • Owners, residents, and guests shall fully utilize the garage for parking of vehicles and once the garage is full, the driveway shall be fully utilized as a second option. Only after the garage and driveway are utilized may a vehicle park on the street and then only in designated spaces. • No street parking is allowed except within the designated, marked spaces along the curb. No vehicle shall be parked in the same space for more than three (3) consecutive days. • The resort does monitor for vehicles that are eligible for towing for the following reasons: o Blocking or impeding the passageway for emergency vehicles including utility repair vehicles o Extending over the markings for curb side parking o Blocking or impeding passageway on the sidewalk o Vehicles with expired registration, expired license plates, flat tires or in any other state of disrepair o Commercial vehicles, recreation vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motorhomes, motorcycles, and boats • No overnight parking at the clubhouse is allowed.

GARBAGE PICKUP Garbage is collected every morning. The garbage can is not a normal can, but the plastic bench located by the front door shown to the right. Please place garbage into 13 GALLON bags and ensure the tops are tied close before placing into the bin. Any boxes must be broken down flat and placed inside the bin. No free-flowing liquids are allowed in the trash bin. Please do not throw trash on the ground at my house and I ask that you pick up any that you might find on the ground.
