Just 5 miles from Walt Disney World and right around the corner from unlimited shopping and dining options, this 3 bed, 2.5 bath home with a private pool is ready to be a launching pad for all your Orlando-area adventures!
Attention to detail is evident from the well-appointed kitchen to the decor and theming throughout. Carpet-free and smoke-free. The master bedroom provides a comfy king size bed with an attached 3/4 bath featuring an oversized walk in shower. Updated full bath in hall. Second bedroom features a queen bed and themed decor and third bedroom features 2 twin beds and themed decor. Extra rollaway twin bed also provided. The main floor provides a ½ bath, well-appointed kitchen, dining space and living room to spread out in. Even a washer/dryer in unit. After a fabulous day at the parks, relax in the private backyard pool or enjoy the resort amenities of the zero-entry pool, jacuzzi, playground or lake with jogging trail, pier and fishing. Encantada also has a clubhouse with a game room, and dining/café bar.

Check-in is anytime after 4pm on the date of arrival. You will have access to your own personal keyless access code however the code will only be effective 15 minutes prior to the check-in time of 4pm. The check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure. PLEASE NOTE: if you need to secure a late-checkout, it must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.

Please feel free to contact us at any time and our Reservations Team will do our best to assist you. We are available in the office Monday - Saturday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. After 5pm each day and on Sundays or Holidays you will need to call our After Hours line by calling tour office and pressing extention 7 for emergincies or if your locked out. No Dogs allowed unless it is a service dog and Documentation must be provided before booking. There will also be an extra cleaning fee if this has been approved.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs,1 laundry tab, hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom before you arrive. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned along with, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, extra trash bags, salt/pepper etc. are the guests responsibility.

Pool Area

Private pool with deck and a screened in patio.

The pool can be heated upon request and for an additional charge per night. If purchased, pool heat must be confirmed prior to arrival and must be booked for the entitre stay to avoid being charged extra for a trip fee.

Pool heat will be set up to turn on in the morning and switch off late in the afternoon. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, and this cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. As such, your morning swim will likely be a bit chillier than in the late in the afternoon. At best ...the pool heater will warm water to 12 degrees above the air temp.

Cool nights will inevitably result in colder pools the next day. Dramatic drops in temperature may also result in optimal temperatures not being reached. In these situations beyond our control, neither the homeowner nor Easy Choice will be held liable for unfavourable pool temperatures.

You don’t even have to go anywhere to have a good time when you stay at Encantada Resorts. There’s so much to do at the clubhouse to occupy your time. Make new friends when you go to Romy’s Lounge on-site and have drinks and snacks. Let the kids cool down in the pool while you soak up some sun or enjoy Bingo & Movie Night on Fridays. The Team Marina Kids’ Club is another way to keep your kids happily occupied and make new friends too.

Keep active in the fitness center or jog around the lake. The views here are utterly sublime. Grab what you need from local businesses nearby to stash in your kitchen. Having snacks on-hand and making your own meals in the well-appointed kitchens will save you more money that you can use to extend your stay or do one more day of rides and thrills. You can even book a taxi service, Uber and or Lyft so you don’t have to drive during your vacation.
